First day at work!!!Woke up at 6am and left house at 630am.First day is always ward orientation from 8am to 4pm.Met Charlene at NEL train exit.Walked to block5 to meet Mdm Mavis Yeow,our Clinical Posting Lecturer.WARD 53C.Its a O&G plus Department of Internal Medicine ward.This ward is really different from other ward that i went to before.Its a OPEN CUBICLE!!! So can really observe patient better.Had ward Orientation from 8am to 1130am.Then lunch break from 1130am to 1pm.Haiz poor little daffy fall terribly ill during orientation.Was sniffing,Nose keep running, eyes keep tearing, red eyes and body aching like mad.But i tolerated till lunch and decided to inform lecturer that i felt very uncomfortable.So she suggested that i go home and replace 1 day on Sat.Haiz i DUN LIKE TO DO REPLACEMENT ON SAT!!! I NEED REST!!!But anyway had to go home because fever was 38.3 and i was shivering :(Mdm Yeow and CI suggested that i go and consult the staff clinic,take MC and head home.So i sat and rested in the Tearoom till 2pm because the Staff clinic only open at 2pm.Mdm Yeow and Nicole escorted me to the staff clinic and guess who i saw.....MY BELOVED GODSIS AND GODBRO!!! :)Oh Jacqueline Godsis was there because she had to do a full medical check upAs she is starting work at NHC on 28th.Haha so happy when I see her.Spoke to her,and got lectured by her bf and her.Ok i know i know its for my own good especially when i am sick for like a Month already!!! Haha ok ok back track back track abit :)Ok back to my consultation with the doctor.....When in and kana scolded by the doctor because i dint put on my Beautiful Mask...Anyway doctor checked my breathing and all and said i was suffering from this symptom called...UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION!!!I was like OH MAN!!!Doctor gave:2 days MC.7 TYPES OF MEDICATIONS PRESCRIBTION. (Including a INHALATION)1 TEMP MONITORING CHART.Doctor advice:NO STRENOUS ACTIVITIES.TAKE MEDICATIONS REGULARLY.Anyway lecturer was nice she is considering of letting me replace half day on Sat.Haiz....so so so so sick la.....SAD!!!PRAYERS PRAYERS PRAYERS!!!
