Hi people i am just dropping by to say THANKS for all the Care, Concern and Love for me during this time when i needed prayers and support.GODSIBLING.EXCESS.MDM YEOW.CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR.ATTACHMENT MATE.SCHOOLMATES.CHURCH FRIENDS. Thanks people i really dont know what to say to all of you. Whenever i received any messages from you people and all i am seriously very touched. HOW I WISH I CAN HUG ALL OF YOU AND SAY I LOVE YOU ALL :)Work today was kinda of bad.....Ya i decided to go today though i am on 2days MC because I thought i was well enough to go. Worked morning shift. Taking charge of 26patients is really no joke,that is all i can say. Had to run here and there like some mad woman. FIRSTLYOn my way to work i vomited tremendously. I suddenly felt my chest tightened up and i got difficult in breathing. But after like 10mins later i felt better.SECONDLYMorning report taking i could not even catch anything. The staff was like talking to herself and no one could hear her. Me and Ain just merely guessing and trying ti figure out what the staff nurse was trying to say.THIRDLYAfter report taking staff nurse instructed me and Ain to wheel a patient to the toilet quickly as she had to do her "brown wet business". But as me and Ain was wheeling her to the toilet she actually did her "business" on her way to the toilet. Sux right? I know. But i got no choice i still had to clear up for her. The bad thing actually started here. We had to remove her pants slowly in order not to let her "business" flow to the floor. But unfortunately it did. OMG!!! I had to clear it up and guess what? I vomited. And ya its the second time i vomitted in the morning. Its the first time when i clear patient"business".... I have never been like that before. Maybe because i was unwell and i was already having nauseous feeling :(FOURTHAll the "Acting" staff nurse from NYP is like so proud la. Ask them stuff they just ignore us. Then when they are told to do dressing,feeds,suctioning or any other skills they just push it to us and asked us to do it instead, then they just sit at the counter and look at the case notes. OMG and they are from year3,some more graduating soon.FIFTHIts about patient diet. We are suppose to record those patient with strict Input and Output monitoring. But some people just so irrtating. Ask us to record down and chart down the clinical chart but they threw away the diet slip. So what am i suppose to write what the patient ate?SIXTHOne stethoscope to take Blood Pressure for like 26 patients. One stethoscope means only 1 Student got to do all the job. WTH!!!SEVENTHHigh fever came back at 7pm. Haiz. :(Haiz you see so many things happened today. SAD! WORRIED! SICK! I HAVE BEEN PRAYING!!! :(
