Hi people...Its been a long time since i last blog.. Having a rather hectic 2weeks.Was super sick on my last week of RH posting for 1 week.Then mom is hospitalized.Have got Mdm Phyllis Tan assignment to complete.Haven have enough sleep lately...everyday only 4-5 hours of sleep.Ended posting at RH.Did well in both my Surgical and Medical posting with a GRADE A for both.Though i wasnt that satisfied with my Medical marks.I am still thinking if i should go back there.....I am still thinking.....Anyway....Now am at IMH having my posting at 64A.A short post about my 1week experience in IMH....1st day i was kana chase/followed by a patient...I was so scared he might attack me from behind or kiss me or something unexpected la...I was so freaking scared until my face was like a Red tomato....And my lecturer Ms Elaine Tan saw my pathetic fearful look and asked me if i am ok...She wanted to give me counselling session...Haha but i think there wasnt a need to :)Day 1 at IMH was like a nightmare to me...And i realised that IMH is not my place of interest for me to work in.For the next few days till today....I am getting use to the life and routine working at IMH.Every morning had to bathe about 50 patients........Do their parameters....Do oral feeding for certain patient and.....Planning activity for the folks.Did colouring,Pasting shapes,puzzle solving, mahjong and morning exercises with them.It is really interesting to see these demanted patients behaviours....They look quite normal to me....But its really sad to hear and know that most of them are beong rejected by their family.Some of them are really helpful...They help the nurses to transfer patient (those who are physically disabled)They do bedmarking....Clear linens and dispose them in the right way....and etc......Will update more when i end my IMH posting next week!!!!Today UNLUCKY DAY :(Got scolding by Mdm Phyllis Tan for wearing a necklace...But i have been wearing this necklace for my whole RH posting for 7 weeks and my CP lecturer dint even say anything......Which means that necklace was not visible and its long.I dont know why she have to pick on me always everytime with my necklace...Even my CP lecturer who is a section head did not say anything.Next up is BCLS......Hmmmm......BCLS is going to be my next up STRESS FACTOR.Straight after CP is BCLS phase test.~SCARY~ Its been quite sometime since i did my CPR....Will be going back to school for 2 weeks of lessons and BCLS....Hope i can do well in my coming up semester and increase my GPA to 3.5 :)Ok i am going to sleep soon....I am tired....Night :)Thein Yin and ME :)
